Following the success path of Palace on Wheels, the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, a luxury train in India is designed to satisfy the growing demand of luxury train travelling. This luxury train is equipped with state of the art amenities and royal comforts that are befitted for a Kingly journey. The details of tariff regarding different class of saloons are mentioned below for your kind perusal. The information regarding inclusion and exclusion in price as well as booking and cancellation policy is also specified here. The below mentioned fare for Royal Rajasthan on Wheels is valid till March 2014.
Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tariff for Season: January 2013 to March 2014

Please note:
- 10% Surcharge will be charged on departure during Christmas/New Year.
- Service Tax @ 3.09% will be levied on the fare of Royal Rajasthan on Wheels.
- 15 USD per pax per journey will be charged against the payment of commercial tax in addition to the tariff mentioned above.
- Children younger than 5 years will be charged 10% of total cost (Age proof of children is to be provided, which is required at the time of issuance of tickets).
- 50% fare for the children of 5-12 years.
- No charter is allowed to be booked during Christmas & New Year period.
- Tariffs are subject to change without prior information.
Inclusions/Exclusions
Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tariff includes the following:
Tariff is inclusive of travel, catering, conducted sightseeing, entrance fee at monuments, palaces, parks, cultural programs, camel ride at Jaisalmer, boat ride at Udaipur, rickshaw ride at Bharatpur.
Royal Rajasthan on Wheels Tariff does not include:
Tour cost does not include drinks, laundry, tips, telephone calls, video camera fees, Business Car Facilities, Spa Car Facilities, liquor and other items of personal nature.
Booking Policy
- 20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking
- Remaining 80% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
- Booking for shorter durations not less than four nights are also available
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is recommended by email/Fax/Letter to us. On cancellation, refund will be done. Certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted as follows:
In case of FITs

• 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
• 20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure
• 100% of ticket value between less than 30 days prior to departure
In case of Groups
-
• 10% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
• 100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to departure
